Ms Matilda Ohene, has been appointed as Secretary to the Eighth Board of Directors of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC).  MsOhene’s appointment takes effect from 23 May 2017. 
The Eighth Board of Directors of GNPC was inaugurated Thursday 18 May, 2017, after members had taken their oaths of Office and Secrecy.

The seven-member Board is chaired by Mr. Freddie Blay, with Dr. Kofi Koduah Sarpong, GNPC Chief Executive Officer as a member. The other members are: Ogyeahohoo Yaw Gyebi II, Nana Adjoa Hackman, Mr. Kwabena Kwakye, Prof. J.S. Nabila and Mr Yaw Kyei.
