INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROCUREMENT OF VHF RADIOS AND SATELLITE PHONES FOR USE ON 2D LAND SEISMIC OPERATIONS IN THE VOLTAIAN BASIN OF GHANA.
The Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) intends to apply part of itsbudgetary allocation to procure VHF Radios and Satellite Phones and related services for use in theupcoming 2D Land Seismic Survey in the Voltaian Basin of Ghana.You are hereby invited to tender for the supply of VHF radios and satellite phones and associated services.A location map of the proposed 2D lines, situated in the Voltaian Basin, Onshore Ghana, is included below. The intention is to acquire the seismic data between 3RD quarter 2016 and 3RD quarter 2017.
SUPPLY REQUIREMENTS
1. Supply:
Six (6) hand held VHF radios with accompanying accessories.
Six (6) vehicle mounted VHF radios with accompanying accessories.
Three (3) satellite phones with accompanying accessories.
2. Services:
Installation of vehicle mounted radios including accessories.
Provide support in the acquisition of two radio frequency licenses in the Voltaian Basin Project area.
Provision of airtime for the three (3) satellite phones.
Supplier to conduct field trials in the Voltaian Basin Project area to ascertain which frequency ranges are best for proposed VHF radio coverage.
NOTE: The tenderer must be registered with the National Communications Authority and must have all other relevant statutory certificates.
