The Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC), Headline Sponsor of the Black Stars, has expressed satisfaction at the team’s performance so far, in the 2017 AFCON Qualifiers and urged them to consolidate their position.

Ahead of their qualifier match with their counterparts in Mauritius on Sunday, GNPC has extended its well wishes to the team and called on all Ghanaians to rally around the national flag with their unquenchable support for the Black Stars.

“We are proud of your performance, which has positioned you firmly on top of Group H,” GNPC Acting Chief Executive, Alexander Mould, said in a message to the players and management of the Black Stars. 
“GNPC is confident that you will live up to your name as STARS and soar beyond reach with a solid win over your Mauritian counterparts on Sunday,” Mr. Mould added.
